The stars of Only Fools And Horses are reuniting next week to mark the 30th anniversary of The Jolly Boys’ Outing episode.
The 1989 Christmas special sees Del, Rodney and regulars at the Nags Head embark on a disastrous “beano” from south London to Margate on the August bank holiday weekend.
The original cast will reunite at the Dreamland amusement park in Margate for a special exhibition to celebrate where filming took place.
The Only Fools And Horses Appreciation Society are hosting the event, which starts next Friday August 9 through to August 30.
Only Fools fans can enjoy guest appearances which will include the likes of Paul Barber, who played Denzil; Sue Holderness, who played Marlene and, Patrick Murray and Robin Driscoll, who played Mickey Pearce and The Great Ramondo.
Jolly Boys’ Outing was one of the most popular episodes of the series and boasted more than 20 million viewers.
The classic episode will bring back wonderful memories for generations of viewers, whether it’s the boys watching as their coach blows up, Denzil’s ‘disease’, or Del Boy reunited with Raquel.
The day trip to Margate proves eventful, seeing coach driver Harry drunk halfway through the journey and Rodney arrested for throwing a football at a policeman.
Event-goers can experience the extended sequence of all the cast enjoying the funfair at Dreamland and on the beach.
Fans can be further immersed into their incredible collection of fantastic memorabilia, original costumes, props and sets from the iconic British sitcom.
