Gwyneth Paltrow, Chrissy Teigen step out for Baby2Baby Gala

Gwyneth Paltrow puts on a smile at the Baby2Baby Gala presented by Paul Mitchell on Nov. 9, 2019, in Los Angeles.

If only we could all pull ourselves together like Gwyneth Paltrow when we were sick.

The 47-year-old Goop founder stepped out for Saturday night’s Baby2Baby Gala in Culver City, California, looking glam in a sleeveless nude dress with a pleated skirt. The “Avengers: Endgame” star wore her hair straight and her makeup was simple, save for a bright red lip.

You wouldn’t know she was under the weather. However, Paltrow let her fans in on the fact she wasn’t at her best, taking to her Instagram Story ahead of the event to thank her hairstylist and makeup artist.

“I’m so ill but I have to pop in to an event thank god for @georgieeisdell and @teddycharles35,” she wrote alongside a photo that showed the actress lying down in a fluffy robe.

Paltrow stepped out for a good cause. Baby2Baby looks for high-profile celebs to highlight their mission of helping provide basic necessities to children living in poverty.

Whoops! Gwyneth Paltrow’s honest assessment of teen kids could be too much for morning TV

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen attend the Baby2Baby Gala Presented By Paul Mitchell at 3LABS on Nov. 9, 2019, in Culver City, California.

For nearly a decade, Baby2Baby has distributed more than 70 million items to children in homeless shelters, domestic violence programs and foster care, as well as to other children who have lost everything in the wake of disaster.

Other attendees at the event included Katy Perry, Kobe Bryant and Jennifer Garner. Nicole Richie and Ali Wong encouraged attendees to “whip out” their phones to donate to the charity through an electronic system.
